2. The most capable minds we’ve ever built spend their days in a chat box.
3. They forget everything when the window closes.
4. They can’t reach the systems where work happens.
5. They can’t answer for what they did.
6. That isn’t a limit of intelligence. It’s a limit of everything we’ve built around it.
7. Developers gave it a terminal, and it went to work. Everyone else is still waiting.
8. We’ve been here before. When electricity arrived, factories swapped steam engines for motors and changed nothing else.
9. For decades, little improved. The gains came only when the work itself was redesigned.
10. Intelligence is waiting for the same redesign. No single company will make it alone.
11. When computers arrived, many feared they would replace us. In the end, they multiplied what each of us could do.
